  • Budgets, Estimating & Earned Value: Apply different estimating methods, monitor and analyse project budgets, and interpret earned value management (EVM) information to track project performance against baselines.


  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Deliver quality management plans, contribute to quality control processes, and use lessons learned and continual improvement processes to enhance future project delivery.


  • Business Case & Benefits Management: Review and provide feedback on the project business case to ensure ongoing validity, and support the maintenance and management of benefits to be realised upon successful delivery.


  • Leadership, Ethics & Professional Development: Work collaboratively within teams and across organisations, operate with integrity and confidentiality, and seek continuous professional development opportunities throughout the programme.


  • Digital Tools & Governance Submissions: Use digital tools and software for research, collaboration, presentations, and problem-solving, and provide underpinning data to support written submissions through governance processes.


  • Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance: Understand the impact of project objectives on sustainability and net carbon zero targets, and apply relevant regulations, legislation, and codes of practice to project management activities.


  • Procurement & Resource Management: Understand procurement strategies and processes that are both ethical and sustainable, and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify, analyse, and engage stakeholders using tailored communication approaches, manage expectations, resolve conflict, and influence outcomes to maintain project alignment and buy-in.

Research Analysis and Evaluation

Conduct research and apply analytical techniques to monitor project performance, interpret earned value management data, and evaluate project outcomes to inform continuous improvement.

Business Requirements and Objectives, Regulation and Legislation

Define and validate project scope against business objectives and the business case, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, data protection requirements, and sustainability targets including net carbon zero.

Gap Analysis

Assess current capability against desired outcomes, identify gaps in delivery, resources, or quality, and recommend practical actions to close those gaps and support successful project completion.
